My School Printing is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This includes the privacy of personal data you supply to us for the purpose of producing our products.

We have carried out assessments of the legal basis for processing personal data and have concluded that this is necessary on the grounds of contractual and legal obligations together with our legitimate interests for the use of client and employee data for our commercial interests and employment respectively.

  • the name and class name of each pupil taking part in the project, to produce sample cards and final orders

  • By requesting an artwork pack/registering with us for a project and supplying us with names and class names, you confirm you have consent of the parent/guardian of each child under the age of 16 to enable us to process your order.
  • The retention of this data is subject to periodic review every 6 months.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We will not store or share any of your information outside of the European Economic Area [EEA].

  • Our printer works to data security by design to ISO27001 standard we have a DPO in place and will have completed all the necessary training and documentation to achieve the new standard by the 25th May 2018.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
